At this North Bethesda property we were called out to extract water and dry surfaces after a storm. The storm caused close by storm drains to overflow into the basement of this house. We came in and inspected the carpet to see if there was padding underneath. Since there was no padding and this was not a sewage loss we were able to dry the floor and then clean the carpets thoroughly. As you can see in the before picture the footsteps show how soaked the carpet was.
