This water loss at a residential property affected more than one unit and more than one floor. SERVPRO of Bethesda/Potomac was called to help with the mitigation and build back of this job. After water was extracted we had to then knock out the drywall and insulation that was all affected. We then added dehumidifiers to contain the moisture in the affected rooms.
